Antoine Caillard
Biography
Antoine Caillard joined the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group of Baker McKenzie Paris in 2007. His main fields of practice are mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, joint ventures, private equity transactions and general corporate law.
Practice Focus
As an experienced corporate lawyer, Mr. Caillard is regularly called upon to advise both French and non-French sellers, purchasers or investors on local and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions involving both private and public companies, as well as for the negotiation and implementation of joint ventures and financial or strategic partnerships or alliances in France and internationally. He also acts as counsel to company managers and financial investors in the context of private equity transactions (LBO, LMBO, management packages and venture capital).
