Andrea Daniela Puricelli
Biography
Andrea Daniela Puricelli is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Zurich office and a member of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Practice Groups. Andrea studied law at the University of Lucerne, at the National Taiwan University and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. She gained experience working as a trainee lawyer for Baker McKenzie Zurich, for a law firm specializing in competition law and compliance and as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich. Andrea was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2022 and rejoined the Firm in the same year.
Practice Focus
Andrea focuses on advising domestic and international clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate transactions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
