Baker McKenzie Advises the Shareholders of EWM Global on the Sale to TMF Group

Baker McKenzie advised the shareholders of EWM Global ("EWM"), a leading provider of executive compensation administration services, on the sale of all shares in EWM to TMF Group ("TMF"), a global provider of compliance, administrative and financial services. 

As a result of this transaction, the two firms will be able to offer clients a single solution to manage their incentive compensation with TMF's fund administration and payroll services, using EWM's compensation platform. Furthermore, it will give EWM the opportunity to grow and expand its global market presence.

Baker McKenzie advised EWM on all legal and tax matters of this transaction.
