Baker McKenzie advises B+G Schweiz AG on acquiring minority stake
in Hauser Holding AG

Baker McKenzie advised B+G Schweiz AG ("B+G") on the acquisition of a minority stake in Hauser Holding AG ("Hauser"). With this step, Hauser joins the leading Swiss gardening and landscaping group. B+G is thus expanding its area of activity, which now extends from Lake Geneva to Lake Zurich. With this investment, the company has taken another strategically important step in the regional development of its market region and is growing to an annual turnover of more than CHF 120 million, uniting over 650 employees in 10 companies.

B+G was founded in 2021 to become the national market leader in the gardening and landscaping sector in Switzerland. Today, the group is an association of the leading gardening and landscaping companies.
