Patrick Edwards
Biography
Patrick is a senior associate in the London office and part of the M&A team. Since joining Baker McKenzie as a trainee solicitor in 2014, Patrick has advised strategics and PE clients on a number of complex, high-value, cross-border and domestic transactions, with a focus on the healthcare and life sciences industry. Patrick is a member of Baker McKenzie's supply chain management team. Patrick was seconded to Baker McKenzie's New York office in 2016.

- Acting on the divestment of Inceptua to Vesey Street Capital Partners.
- Advising KKR (Health Care Strategic Growth Fund) on the acquisition of the wholesaler and manufacturer, CliniSupplies.
- Advising Sandoz on the divestment of its China business to Aspen Pharma.
- Acting for KKR (Health Care Strategic Growth Fund) on the acquisition of the CRO, Coriolis Pharma.
- Acting for Sandoz on a long-term collaboration agreement with CRO, Just Evotec.
- Acting for Takeda on the divestment of its Austrian manufacturing site to GTCR’s portco Corza Medical.
- Advising Baxter on the spin-out of its kidney product division, Vantive.
- Advising Johnson & Johnson on the spin-out of its consumer health division, Kenvue.
- Advising Ingram Micro on the USD 3 billion divestment of its Commerce & Lifecycle Services division to Ceva Logistics (CMA CGM).
- Acting for ICU Medical on its USD 2.7 billion acquisition of Smiths Medical.
