The Duty to Prevent Sexual Harassment at Work: Reasonable or not?
Overview
Our London office provides our clients with solutions to complex and often cross-border situations through a network of lawyers and offices that are locally embedded and globally integrated. We advise on some of the most significant and largest cross-border transactions, complex disputes and investigations, and international advisory matters in the UK and global markets. We work with our colleagues across more than 70 global offices to serve clients and meet their evolving needs, providing tailored advice underpinned by deep practice and sector expertise and enhanced by first-rate market knowledge.
With more than 500 lawyers, our London office is the largest in our Firm and a major city practice in its own right, providing domestic and cross-border legal advice in Banking & Finance, M&A, Tax, Competition, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Technology and Intellectual Property to a number of leading multinational corporations and financial institutions on complex matters.
Through connected thinking and integrated legal solutions, our London team works with colleagues across the globe to help clients achieve their objectives, while mitigating risk.
As one of the world’s most active transactional firms, our Corporate Practice advises on complex domestic and multinational transactions across borders, guiding clients through the whole deal cycle, from deal shaping, and negotiation to closing, including post-transaction reorganisation and integration. We advise on all aspects of Banking & Finance, providing clients with integrated financing solutions on domestic and international transactions, and collaborate with many of the 1,000 Dispute Resolution lawyers across our global Firm to help clients resolve complex matters, including litigation, international arbitration and investigations, compliance and ethics.
Our Tax team works with colleagues in other regions to find tax efficient structures for large cross-border transactions and investments, as well as advising clients on the UK tax aspects of international projects. The team understands the intricacies of tax laws and dispute resolution techniques, and can design and implement tax structures that consider all rules and variables in all jurisdictions.

Sustainability
At Baker McKenzie, we believe that the best way for an organisation to engage meaningfully on sustainability-related issues begins by exemplifying best practice in its own operations. That's why we apply the same rigor to advancing our own sustainability strategy as we do to advising our clients, holding ourselves to the same high standards as we recommend to them.
