Any client who is at any time dissatisfied with the service they are receiving or would like to discuss how our service could be improved, should contact the Partner responsible for their matter or, if preferred, the Managing Partner of the London office. If you remain dissatisfied following our response to any complaint, you may have a right to complain to the Legal Ombudsman. More information regarding the Legal Ombudsman and the services that it provides is available on its website. If you wish to complain to the Legal Ombudsman, you must do so within six months of receiving our written response to your complaint and within one year of the act or omission giving rise to your complaint.
You may also utilise the complaints and redress scheme operated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Client interest
From time to time, we may hold monies belonging to our clients in our client account. When we repay those monies we will account for any interest we have received on the balance held. Please note that we will not account for interest if the amount calculated on the balance held is £20 or less, regardless of duration.
