Baker McKenzie has advised AURELIUS on the acquisition of Teijin Automotive Technologies North America ("TAT-NA"), the leading provider of advanced composite technologies for the automotive, heavy truck, marine and recreational vehicle sectors, from its Japanese parent company Teijin Limited.

Baker McKenzie advised AURELIUS on all legal aspects of the transaction. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
