Baker McKenzie has advised TechQuartier, a coworking space in Frankfurt am Main, on the acquisition of IMPACT FESTIVALS. The seller is neosfer GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerzbank AG.
With immediate effect, TechQuartier will take over the organization and further development of the IMPACT FESTIVAL, the largest European Business-to-Business event for sustainable innovations, which premiered in 2021 and has taken place four times. Since then, the IMPACT FESTIVAL has developed into a meeting place for innovators, investors and companies that want to shape the sustainable transformation. Since then, 12,000 guests have attended the festival and more than 600 start-ups have exhibited their innovations.
