Biography

Dr. Felix Diehl is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Frankfurt office and joined the Firm in 2017. In 2022 he also practiced in the Firm's Chicago office.

Felix was recognized as "Next Generation Partner" by Legal500 in 2025. He was recognized as "Best Lawyers: One to Watch" for labor and employment law by Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt from 2021 to 2024.

Practice Focus

Felix advises domestic and international clients on all labor and employment law-related matters, particularly in conjunction with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and works council issues.

He represents his clients in and out of court, with respect to termination of employment and contract disputes. Felix has significant experience in employment and pension law aspects of global transactions and multijurisdictional restructuring projects.

Felix regularly deals with European Works Council matters and is experienced in leading employment work streams for cross-border projects.
