Baker McKenzie has advised Uniwater, one of the Nordic's leading groups within water infrastructure, on the acquisition of 4 pipes GmbH. Based in Nuremberg, 4 pipes GmbH supplies innovative accessory products for pipeline construction to the German and international market.

4 pipes is a service and products provider in the field of pipeline and water infrastructure, founded in 2012. The company is led by managing directors Frank Hellman and Jörg Klingenberg and has around 50 employees. 4 pipes strengthens Uniwater's business area Products, which already include IBECO, Lauridsen and ABAT.
