Citigroup Global Markets acted as lead left joint-book running manager, Capital One Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, Fifth Third Securities, J.P. Morgan, MUFG, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, SMBC Nikko, Truist Securities, Mizuho and Regions Securities LLC acted as joint-book-running managers, and US Bancorp acted as co-manager.
