Baker McKenzie has advised EquipmentShare.com Inc on its USD 500 million senior secured second lien notes offering. Citigroup led the syndicate of 13 underwriter banks.

Citigroup Global Markets acted as lead left joint-book running manager, Capital One Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, Fifth Third Securities, J.P. Morgan, MUFG, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, SMBC Nikko, Truist Securities, Mizuho and Regions Securities LLC acted as joint-book-running managers, and US Bancorp acted as co-manager.

The Baker McKenzie team was led by partners Marc Paul (Washington, DC), Rob Mathews (London) and Ben Bierwirth (London), senior associate Adam Buehler (Miami), supported by attorney John Lawlor (Chicago) and associates Alejandra Cuadra (New York), Henry Gee (London) and Fani Chlampoutaki (London).

The bond offering closed on 13 September 2024.
