Baker McKenzie advises Statuto Group on the acquisition of Mandarin Oriental Paris

Baker McKenzie advised Statuto Group, owner of some of Italy's most prestigious luxury hotels, on the signing of binding agreements for the acquisition of Mandarin Oriental Paris, a five-star hotel with 135 rooms, from Mandarin Oriental International Limited for a consideration of EUR 205 million. Completion of the transaction is expected upon the outcome of the union consultation required by French law.
