• Advised Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group, a leading Italian coffee producer and distributor, in connection with the IPO and listing on the Milan Stock Exchange and, more recently, in connection with the negotiation with PE firm QuattroR for a primary equity investment in the company.

• Advised Statuto Group on a regular basis in relation to financing and refinancing of primary retail and luxury hotels in Italy and abroad as well in the acquisition of 5 stars luxury hotels including, the Six Senses Rome, the Six Senses London, the Six Senses Ibiza, the Mandarin Oriental Paris, the W Ibiza and the Hotel des Rome in Berlin.

• Advised Gi Group Holding, a leading Italian multinational company in the employment services sector, in the acquisition of the European staffing business of Kelly Services Inc, a global specialty talent solutions provider, listed on the Nasdaq market of the New York Stock Exchange as well as in other prior acquisitions in Poland, the UK, France and the Czech Republic.

• Advised Magna International, a global automotive component operator, in the acquisition of Olsa, an Italian-based automotive component producer.

• Advised Burberry Plc, the global UK-based luxury brand, in its acquisition of a production business division from Pattern.
