Masao Tozaki is a member of the Corporate/M&A Practice Group at Baker McKenzie's Tokyo office.
Practice Focus
Masao's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, antitrust and competition law, labor law and general corporate law. He advises on due diligence, contract drafting and other legal issues with respect to domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
