Acted for PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited in relation to its sustainability-linked loan (SSL) of 15 billion Baht entered into with The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited.

Assisted The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited in relation to the debt novation transaction in connection with the entire business transfer of EA Solar Lampang Co., Ltd. (ESL) to Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (EA).

Assisted for The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited in its 'green loan' worth 2 billion Baht to Energy Absolute Public Company Limited to fund the e-buses project. The proceeds of the loan will be applied towards EV bus investments by EA's subsidiaries, and the loan applies the Green Loan Principles of LMA.

Assisted E Smart Transport Company Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Absolute PLC (Energy Absolute), in relation to a THB 600 million syndicated 'green loan' project financing arrangement for the financing of an electric ferry fleet for the mass rapid transport system in Bangkok, the first such transport system in Southeast Asia, of which the financing structure was led by Asian Development Bank (ADB), and includes a USD 3.6 million concessional loan from the Clean Technology Fund, which provides resources to scale up low carbon technologies with significant potential for long-term greenhouse gas emissions savings, and additional investments from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Export–Import Bank of Thailand (Thai EXIM).

Advised Energy Absolute Public Company Limited on its green loan facility of THB 1.5 billion from Asian Development Bank to finance ongoing renewable energy projects and a countrywide electric vehicle charging network in Thailand. This deal was one of the first green loan facilities granted by ADB in Thailand and also the first climate loan in Thailand to be certified by the Climate Bond Initiative, which administers the international Climate Bond Standards and Certification Scheme. Advised Hin Kong Power Company Limited, an entity owned by RATCH and GULF, in the project financing of a 1,400 MW independent power plant, which involved nine offshore lenders and six onshore lenders in total. Advised Gulf PD Company Limited, which is owned by Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited and MITSUI & CO., LTD., in the development and financing of its 2,500 MW independent power plant located in Rayong, Pluak Daeng Province, which financing included a syndicate of lenders, including Japan Bank of International Cooperation (JBIC) and Asian Development Bank (ADB). Advised Gulf Chana Green Company Limited, which is a subsidiary of Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited, in the development and financing of its 25 MW biomass power plant located in Chana, Songkhla Province of Southern Thailand, which financing included Thai Baht loans from Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited and Asian Development Bank. Represented the Consortium of Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited, Chinese Harbour Engineering Company Oversea Infrastructure Holding Pte. Ltd., and PTT Tank Terminal Company Limited in the negotiation of the PPP contract for the Laem Chabang Port (Phase 3) Project, a container port in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

Advised The Export-Import Bank of Thailand, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Hanoi City Branch, on the project financing of a 50 MW photovoltaic solar farm in Vietnam for Thinh Long Phu Yen Solar Power Joint Stock Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited.

Advised Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited on the USD 37.8 million project financing for its 50 MW solar project located in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
