Before entering Baker McKenzie in 2024, Julieth worked in other international and national firms in Colombia; as well as at the OECD Competition Division in Paris.
Julieth provides advice on competition merger control proceedings before the SIC, judicial proceedings of unfair competition, restrictive practices of competition and competition compliance programs.
Moreover, Julieth has advised clients on issues related to administrative and judicial proceedings for consumer protection and personal data protection. Furthermore, she has participated in the advice of compliance programs of these last two practices.
Regarding the practice of intellectual property, Julieth provides advice on trademark issues, within the plant varieties regime and regulatory issues before the INVIMA.
