Biography

Esthefany Jaqueline Rojas Valadez is a senior associate and joined the Tax Practice Group of Baker McKenzie’s Juarez office in 2011. She advises on tax compliance, international taxation, permanent establishment, corporate tax, value added tax and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Law.

Esthefany Jaqueline Rojas' practice primarily focuses on tax advisory for cross-border transactions, on corporate and personal income tax and application of tax treaties. She has advised on matters related to corporate reorganizations and filings before the Tax Administration Service.
