Camila has professionally developed in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, contractual law, foreign investments, incorporation of business and civil companies, corporate governance, dissolutions and liquidations.

Camila focuses her practices in foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate restructurings, compliance and corporate governance.
