Daniel Orlansky

Daniel’s practice covers employment with a focus on employment contracts, policies and employee manuals, as well as specific issues including corporate responsibility, privacy and data privacy, discrimination, confidentiality, non-compete and restrictive covenants. He advises on employee benefits & executive compensation, including global stock plans, profit sharing plans, incentive plans and pension plans. He also advises on outsourcing, transfer, due diligence and company acquisitions, workers compensation and employer's liability claims, professional illness and other work related claims.

Daniel frequently handles employment terminations and reductions. His practice includes executive terminations and executive litigation cases as well as post employment negotiation and settlement.

Daniel has extensive experience in handling conflicts and negotiation with trade unions, specifically in negotiations of salary and other collective agreements, as well as collective bargaining agreements.
