Philippe assists French and international clients on all aspect of general employment matters (working time, remuneration, non-compete obligation, disciplinary procedures, etc.). He advises companies in their restructuring projects and in collective redundancies. Philippe also intervenes before all French jurisdictions to protect the interests of clients notably in case of individual or collective dismissals as well as in case of litigations involving employees' representatives bodies or trade unions.
