Biography

Regina is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Mexico City since 2021. She joined the Firm's Transfer Pricing Sub-Practice Group in Monterrey in 2017. She is on secondment to Baker McKenzie's office in Washington, DC.

Practice Focus

Regina's practice focuses on transfer pricing matters, including compliance, benchmarking analysis, transfer pricing audits, APA and MAP procedures, financial valuations and business restructurings. She has participated in transactions in the consumer goods and retail, manufacturing, energy, digital and tech industries. In the same way, her professional and academic experience focuses on international economics, financial economics, risk management, data science and analytics.
