Biography

Dr. David Marski is an associate in the Berlin office of Baker McKenzie. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle with stages at international commercial law firms, in particular in New York City. Prior to that, he completed his Ph.D. at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich under Prof. Dr. Stephan Lorenz on a fundamental civil law topic. Prior to that, he studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Before joining Baker McKenzie, David worked as an associate in another international commercial law firm. He also previously worked as a research assistant for lawyers admitted to the Federal Court of Justice and as a lecturer in legal education for students and trainee lawyers in the areas of civil and labor law.

Practice Focus

He advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of employment law. A particular focus is also on litigation. He also counsels on mergers, transfers of undertakings, restructurings and works council matters.
