Rosemary Mafuz

Rosemary Mafuz is a counsel in Baker McKenzie's Madrid office and the head of the Company Law Department. She regularly advises on the corporate governance of non-listed entities. This ranges from day-to-day corporate maintenance issues to more complex capitalization operations, as well as corporate global reorganizations of multinational groups. Ms. Mafuz has extensive experience in multijurisdictional transactions and group reorganizations locally and abroad. She has lectured on company law in various business schools and universities.
