Biography
Alondra is a junior associate in the Corporate / M&A Practice Group in the Firm’s Juarez office since 2021. Her practice covers general corporate maintenance, supporting multinational clients in their establishment, development and operation in Mexico as well as foreign investments and participation in corporate reorganization projects and cross-border transactions.
Practice Focus
She focuses her practice generally in corporate law, assisting multinational clients with the incorporation of companies, apply for and obtain permits, licenses and registrations that allow them to carry out their business activities, downsize their operations in Mexico and dissolve and liquidate their companies.
