Biography
Erik Kuhn is an associate in the Corporate / M&A Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Munich office. Erik studied law at Eberhard-Karls-University Tuebingen (Germany), where he specialized in corporate law. During and prior to his legal clerkship, Erik gained experience in the areas of corporate law and domestic / cross-border M&A transactions in international law firms.
Practice Focus
Erik advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters. He focuses his practice on corporate structures, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions.

- Advised Ariceum Therapeutics, a company focused on developing novel targeted radiopharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer, on the extension of its Series A Financing to EUR 47.75 million.
- Advised Ariceum Therapeutics on the acquisition of British biotechnology company Theragnostics Limited for a purchase price of up to USD 43.5 million.
