Biography
Annika Kißener is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Frankfurt office. She studied at the University of Passau and graduated in 2019. Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Annika spent her legal traineeship in the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt. During her legal traineeship, she worked inter alia for a boutique law firm with experience in employment law in Frankfurt and the legal department of a chemical company in Germany.
Practice Focus
Annika advises domestic and international clients on all labor, employment and pension law-related matters, particularly on employment contracts, policies, termination of employment, pension and benefit plans and works council issues in day-to-day matters and in transactions. Annika also represents her clients in and out of court, e.g. in litigation and in negotiations with employees and works councils.
