Clotilde's practice covers civil and commercial litigation such as in breach of contract, pre-contractual liability, follow-on actions, trade secret protection, and corporate litigation such as in post-acquisition disputes, shareholders litigation, directors' liability.

As a member of Baker McKenzie Compliance & Investigations practice, Clotilde also advises clients on corruption, whistleblowing and white-collar crime matters.

Clotilde represents clients in the context of audits conducted by the French Anti-Corruption Agency, and frequently handles domestic or cross-border internal investigations, including for allegations of corruption or fraud.

Clotilde also advises companies and directors on a broad range of environmental, social, and corporate governance related issues like corporate duty of vigilance, greenwashing, directors reporting obligations, among others.
