Imogen's practice covers a wide range of UK and EU competition and antitrust law, including investigations, behavioural and compliance advice, distribution rules, multijurisdictional and UK merger control and foreign direct investment. Her clients are predominantly in the media, tech, retail and FMCG sectors, but she has also worked with businesses active in professional services, insurance and consumer health. She is particularly interested in the intersection between competition law and agreements pursuing sustainability objectives and in competition law enforcement in the HR / labour market space.

• Advised numerous clients on multijurisdictional and UK merger control and foreign direct investment filings for various acquisitions / disposals. 
• Advised a media company on cartel investigations by the Competition and Markets Authority. 
• Assisted an international beverages manufacturer with a robust global growth-strategy, pioneering industry-wide initiatives to drive welfare standards and sustainable manufacturing. This included rolling out extensive competition compliance training and guidelines across multiple jurisdictions and completing internal audits and ongoing advisory work. 
• Advised a leading technology company in relation to a market study by the Competition and Markets Authority. 
• Advised a coalition of agricultural producers collaborating on competition law compliance in connection with ESG initiatives to promote voluntary best practices in farming. 
• Delivered competition law compliance training to numerous clients in the retail, FMCG and technology industries. 
• Advised a pharmaceutical company on distribution agreements and ongoing competition law compliance. 
• Advised a data analytics company on a complaint to the European Commission. 
• Advised Google on an Article 102 appeal to the General Court.
