Zelander Gray
Biography
Zelander Gray is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Employment & Compensation team in London. Zelander advises multinational organisations across a variety of sectors on a wide range of employment and data protection matters.
Zelander joined Baker McKenzie as a trainee in September 2014 and qualified into the employment team in September 2016. During her time with Baker McKenzie, Zelander has undertaken 2 secondments with Meta as part of their EMEA employment legal team.
Practice Focus
Zelander's practice covers all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on global projects and strategic cross-border matters, workplace data protection and compliance, global HR aspects of transactions, workplace investigations and complex and high value employment litigation.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advising on an international RIF exercise across 30+ jurisdictions for a global tech organisation
- Advising a multinational company on the HR aspects of the spin out of part of their business across more than 50 jurisdictions
- Representing a tech organisation in the defence of a whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claim, in which the employee was claiming significant losses
