Roberto Grané
Biography
Roberto is a transactional and regulatory partner in Baker McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office. He is a member of Baker McKenzie's M&A Latin America Steering Committee as well as a member of the Firm's Global CG&R Steering Committee. He is an Adjunct Professor of Contracts Law at the Buenos Aires University and a visiting professor in several local universities. He has been recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 in his areas of specialization.
