Biography
Katharina Geyer is an associate in the Employment Group in Baker McKenzie's Frankfurt office. She joined Baker McKenzie in May 2023 as a law clerk and became an associate in November 2023. Prior to joining the Firm she was employed as a law clerk in employment and corporate law in other international law firms in Düsseldorf and London. She completed her legal traineeship and the Second State Examination in 2022 at the Higher Regional Court of Hamm. Prior to this, Katharina studied law with a focus on employment law in Düsseldorf and with a focus on international law in Spain.
Practice Focus
Katharina focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law-related matters, such as terminations and drafting employment contracts. She also counsels companies with regard to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and works council issues. Katharina also represents companies in labor court proceedings in Germany.
