Claire France
Biography
Claire France is a member of the Trade Marks Unit within the Intellectual Property Department of the London office of Baker McKenzie joining in 2011.
Claire has written articles in publications in the field of trade mark law both internally for Baker McKenzie and externally including authoring an articles published in the Intellectual Property Magazine and Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys Review (the CITMA Review).
Practice Focus
Claire advises on all aspects of trade mark protection, with extensive experience in global brand clearance and filing strategy as well as and transactions involving intellectual property. Claire also advises on trade mark disputes such as oppositions and cancellation actions and negotiation of settlements.
Claire has worked with clients in a broad range of different fields, including technology, pharmaceuticals, finance and fast moving consumer goods, as well as assisting NGOs in a number of sectors on a pro bono basis.
