Biography

Valentin is an associate in the Frankfurt office and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Previously, he researched the restructuring of the ECB and the German Bundesbank. In the course of his training, he gained experience at a restructuring consultancy, at other law firms and in the US automotive and aircraft supply industry.

Practice Focus

Valentin advises strategic and financial investor clients on M&A transactions and corporate law issues.
