Marie-Françoise Bréchignac
Biography
Marie-Françoise Bréchignac advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters — from day-to-day corporate maintenance issues to complex acquisition or disposal transactions. Currently in charge of a team of corporate paralegals in the Firm’s Paris office, Ms. Bréchignac has been tasked to ensure their continued training and education. She is a graduate of the University of Paris School of Law, and the University of Kent at Canterbury in England and Institut Supérieur de l’Interprétariat et de Traduction.
Practice Focus
Ms. Bréchignac focuses her practice on assisting clients in their local and multijurisdictional corporate transactions. She provides sound legal counsel to clients on complex restructuring operations, either in view of a disposal or after an acquisition.
