Nadine Charrière
Biography
Nadine Charrière is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group at our Zurich office. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics, as well as International Management. Nadine has gained practical experience in both legal and business fields across Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and Japan, giving her a strong understanding of business dynamics.
Practice Focus
Nadine focuses on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on licensing and commercial agreements involving IP, such as manufacturing, sponsorship, and distribution contracts. She also has experience working on IP enforcement for well-known brand owners. She provides legal services to clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, healthcare, sports, and telecommunications.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised CureVac on its licensing deal with GSK for mRNA candidate vaccines for influenza and COVID-19 globally in consideration for EUR 400 million upfront and up to an additional EUR 1.05 billion in milestones as well as tiered royalties
- Advised Arbonia on IP related matters in the sale of its climate division for EUR 760 million to Midea Group
- Advised Migos Group on IP related matters on investment in Revendo
