Indhu is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Corporate M&A practice in London. Indhu has a broad range of experience in advising private and public companies, and acting as the day-to-day primary contact for clients on both domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures, with a specific focus on CGR and Healthcare.

  • Advising Novonesis on its EUR 1.5 billion acquisition of dsm-firmenich’s share of the Feed Enzyme Alliance after 25 years of successful collaboration.
  • Advising Unilever Plc on acquisitions and disposals (Home Care and Beauty & Wellbeing business groups).
  • Advising r Mondelēz International on (i) the acquisition of a majority interest in Grenade, a UK-based nutrition group; and (ii) its partnership with Merlin Entertainments in respect of Cadbury World.
  • Advising Embrace Group on its USD 765 million of Easybrain Limited, a leading mobile games developer.
  • Advising Coats Group plc on the acquisition of Texon, a leading manufacturer of high-performance sustainable materials for footwear, accessories and functional apparel, from Navis Capital Partners for USD 237 million.
  • Advising Coats Group plc on the acquisition of Rhenoflex group, a leading global producer of reinforcement solutions for the footwear and accessories industries.
  • Advising FedEx on (i) its GBP 92 million acquisition of P2P Mailing Limited, (ii) the disposal by a subsidiary of the TNT records management business in the UK to Restore plc and (iii) several internal restructurings.
  • Advising Novo Nordisk on its acquisition of a UK based biotechnology firm, Ziylo Ltd, with a potential value of USD 800 million.
  • Advising Platinum Equity on the global implementation of its USD 2 billion acquisition of Johnson & Johnson’s LifeScan blood glucose monitoring business.
  • Advising Takeda Pharmaceutical on the divestment of its Austrian manufacturing site to GTCR’s portco Corza Medical.
  • Advising Takeda Pharmaceutical on the post-acquisition integration following its USD 62 billion acquisition of Shire Plc in 2019.
