Anahi Constanza Aguedo Mora
Biography
Anahí is part of the Labor Practice Group at the Santiago office, with over three years of professional experience advising Chilean companies on employment contracts, litigation, occupational risks and social security. She has experience in corporate restructuring processes and nonprofit organizations, as well as in corporate and migration law.
Her work focuses on research, written and oral litigation and negotiation, with special interest in developing internal policies, and regulatory compliance. She holds a postgraduate degree in labor law (2022) and a diploma in environmental law (2021).

Representative Legal Matters
- Advised Foro de Periodismo Argentino (FOPEA) in their global analysis of transparency practices in public procurement and the governmental and legislative initiatives to promote the sustainability of local Chilean journalism.
- Advised Equipo Latinoamericano de Justicia y Género (ELA) on the legal analysis of new gender trends in the world of work at the Latin American level.
Professional Honors
- Winner of the Collaboration Award - 2023 granted by the TrustLaw Foundation for the research conducted alongside a team of Latin American firms and the organization ELA, on the prevention and awareness of workplace violence
