Baker McKenzie Legal Advisor to Pareto Securities in Scandinavian Astor Group’s Primary Issuance of Shares of SEK 150 Million

Scandinavian Astor Group AB (publ), listed on NGM Nordic SME, has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 150 million through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure led by Pareto Securities.

Scandinavian Astor Group is active in the defense industry and is a supplier of products, services and related technical solutions in military defense and civil security as well as products for industries.

Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Pareto Securities with a capital markets team consisting of Stefan Balazs and Nanna Trulsson.
