Nanna Trulsson

Nanna Trulsson is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Capital Markets Practice Group in Stockholm. Nanna joined Baker McKenzie as an associate in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an associate at the law practice of another international firm, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. She has experience advising founders, strategic and institutional clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, and on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border reorganizations.
