Baker McKenzie Assists Banco BPM with Financing for Acquisition of Two Companies Operating in the Hotel Sector in Sardinia

Baker McKenzie assisted Banco BPM in granting a loan to Studio Vacanze S.r.l., a company of the Studio Vacanze Group. The group operates in the direct management of villages, residences, hotels and other facilities, mainly on the northeastern coast of Sardinia. The loan was for the acquisition of two companies that own the Hotel i Corbezzoli and the Hotel Sporting in Budoni (SS).

A team coordinated by Giorgio Telarico and assisted by Associates Francesco Ciociola and Camilla Bassi, along with Trainee Alice Mariani, acted for Baker McKenzie.
