Baker McKenzie at the Inception of Ayvens, Integration of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan

ALD Automotive Italia S.r.l. and LeasePlan Italia S.p.A. have completed the merger to create Ayvens Italia, a new global player in sustainable mobility.

The operation brings the two companies together under a single common identity that aims to consolidate the group's position in the sector, strengthening its ability to offer innovative and sustainable solutions for both companies and private individuals. It represents a major strategic move in the vehicle rental, car sharing and mobility services sector, strengthening Ayvens' position as a key player in the market.

The identification of the merger as the ideal institution for the integration of the two entities was handled by Baker McKenzie, with a team led by partners Francesco Pisciotta and Paola Colarossi and associate Arianna Ferri.

BonelliErede and Herbert Smith Freehills also participated in the operation as advisors.
