Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Avanza in the IPO of Brock Milton Capital

On 28 March 2025, the trading in Brock Milton Capital AB’s (publ) shares commenced on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The final price in the offering was set to SEK 100 per share, corresponding to a market value of the company's shares of approximately SEK 403 million.

Brock Milton Capital is a Swedish fund manager of two global funds. As of December 31 2024, BMC managed just over SEK 20.6 billion (AUM).

Avanza Bank AB (publ) acted as Sole Coordinator and Bookrunner. Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to Avanza with a capital markets team consisting of Stefan Balazs and Monica Ericson.
