Katia Boneva-Desmicht, head of the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group at Baker McKenzie Paris, has been appointed as the global chair of the Firm's Consumer Goods & Retail Sector.
A distribution sector specialist, Katia Boneva-Desmicht is recognized for her expertise in civil and commercial litigation. She advises French and international companies on matters relating to civil and commercial law (contractual disputes, product liability, unfair competition, restrictive practices, greenwashing), as well as distribution law (exclusive and selective distribution, commercial agency, franchising, consumer protection).
In particular, she represents clients from the luxury goods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, automotive and aviation industries in disputes with their customers, suppliers or distributors.
