Baker McKenzie advises Roca Group on the acquisition of Idral

Baker McKenzie assisted the Roca Group, a Spanish multinational company active in the design, production and marketing of bathroom products, in the acquisition of Idral S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer with over 50 years of experience in the market for taps and fittings for public spaces.

Baker McKenzie advised Roca Group with a team led by Partner Paolo Ghiglione and assisted by trainee Anna Masut for corporate law aspects, as well as Partner Serena Fantinelli and Associate Nicolò Crespi for labor law aspects.
