Baker McKenzie is advising Spanish multinational construction and civil engineering company, Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A. (OHLA), in the CAD 81.7 million sale of its 25% stake in the Centre Hospitalier de L'Université de Montréal (CHUM) public-private partnership (PPP) project to John Laing Group. The divestment of this non-core asset is part of the company’s deleveraging strategy.
