Baker McKenzie is filling the position of General Manager / Head of Operations Germany with Constanze Schmack as of 1 July 2024. With this strategic appointment, the firm is strengthening its management team.
Constanze Schmack has more than 20 years of experience in the international law firm market. Before joining Baker McKenzie, she worked at Pinsent Masons and White & Case, most recently as COO for Germany.

On 1 July 2023, Dr Alexander Wolff, as Managing Partner, formed the Management Committee of Baker McKenzie Germany together with Dr Oliver Socher (Partner, Banking & Finance) and Dr Christian Vocke (Partner, Corporate/M&A). Oliver Socher is responsible for People & Culture while Christian Vocke oversees Strategy and further co-operation with the Firm's international offices.
