Baker McKenzie advises Aurelius on the acquisition of Dayco Propulsion Solutions

Baker McKenzie advised private equity fund Aurelius on its acquisition of Dayco Propulsion Solutions, a global leader in the manufacture and sale of power transmission systems for original equipment manufacturers of commercial, off-road and light vehicles, with eight production facilities in several countries around the world.

Baker McKenzie assisted Aurelius with a team lead by Partner Paolo Ghiglione and including Senior Associate Ilaria Bosso for M&A aspects, Partner Ludovico Rusconi and Counsel Elisa Impalà for corporate law aspects, and Partner Alberto Fornari and Associate Francesco Ciociola for financial aspects.
