Baker McKenzie assists the Acutronic Group on the takeover of Actidyn Systèmes' activities

Baker McKenzie advised the Acutronic Group on the takeover of Actidyn Systèmes' activities, which include the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of high-precision testing equipment and related instrumentation.

Actidyn Systèmes will continue to operate under the name Acutronic France SAS. The Acutronic Group's objective is to enable Actidyn Systèmes' customers to benefit from the Acutronic Group's significant technical resources and financial stability, while guaranteeing the protection of Actidyn Systèmes' employees, knowhow and IP. Actidyn Systèmes' technical and operational teams will be integrated into Acutronic's Simulation & Test division.
