Baker McKenzie with Banco BPM in a real estate financing

Baker McKenzie's Banking & Finance Practice Group, led by Partner Alberto Fornari, advised Banco BPM on the financing granted to Sirio San Marco S.r.l., a company of Gruppo Industrie Edili Holding, for the development of a luxury and eco-sustainable real estate complex for residential use on an area of approximately 6,385 square meters in Monza. 

Baker McKenzie advised Banco BPM with a team led by Giorgio Telarico, assisted by Associate Camilla Bassi in the aspects related to drafting and negotiating financial documentation and Associate Amalia Scimè in the administrative and due diligence aspects.
